i think she is referring to making a plone call to company for info on an account,etc i don.t know wish i did often times you are instructed to continue pushing numbers and you never get to talk to a peson. in some situations after i push about 50 numbers it gives me option of staying on the line to talk to a person this usually means a long wait.
