We rent and maintance changed our shower head yesterday to a low flow one. My husband is pissed. I tried to buy a regular flow one and can not find one. Can someone tell me where to get one or how to rig the new one so it puts out more than 2.5 gallons PLEASE HELP

Try taking off the shower head and see if it has a small plastic baffle in it. Some shower heads have them and they are removable. Doing this might increase the pressure.
Hope this helps
Good Luck

Its pretty simple. Just take the shower head off and look into the threaded end. You will see a hole about 3/16 inches in diameter. Thats what meters the water. Simply drill it out bigger and its fixed. I change my shower head every few years because of scale buildup and it works every time.

A few years ago, I understand you can get "high" flow fixtures like that in Canada. You might try a plumbing supplier there.

Also, you can get some fittings and create a two-showerhead setup.

Finally, I built a new house for myself and had no choice bu to get low-flow showerheads. It really isn't that bad.

take the shower head off of the pipe and take the washer out, if it has one, that's what restricts the flow. put teflon tape around the threads and screw it back on. you're good to go! happy showering!
