yes there are from boon lay interchange there is free buses to jurong east IMM from IMM there is free buses to Clementi from Clementi there is free buses to the Old Turf Club City from there there is free buses to Ang Mo Kio, hope this helps cheers

Plenty ! those shopping centres that is out of the way, meaning far away from MRT stations or bus interchange, you can enjoy free shuttle bus service. Shopping centres like Great World city, Sembawang Shopping Centre, Former Turb Club(Bt. Timah); etc.

Yes, Turf Club provide bus for people who want to go to see/bet on horse racing (weekend only, but I don't know the places to wait for the buses).
