Full House. 7th Heaven. The Brady Bunch. Or if you're looking for something less "preach-y" No Ordinary Family which aired this year has actually pretty good family values. Part of it's about the super hero aspect, but the other half is how their family gets along with eachother and keeps regular order.

Although you do not state how old your children are I would say that
Little People, Big World on the Discovery Channel is a great show for families.
Following the lives of the Rollof family, which happen to have dwarfism (the mother, father and one of the twin boys), they show the daily normal going ons of the family, who own a farm, and show how well things work and when they don't, how the family deals with it.
This show also is good for younger children to help answer questions regarding the differences in people and how everyone is different in someway.
Addressing right and wrong and normal teenage issues this show helps start conversations within your own family.
I hope you give this show a shot and enjoy it as much as my family does.
