I wish I knew the answer to that, but I guess I am too stupid.
Even so, I bet all the surveys and studies that people would have done are inconsistent though, because there is no universal way to accurately determine who is stupid and who isn't stupid. Every study would have different qualifications for being stupid and different outcomes.

I was looking at some of the answers and saw people who were using "Turtle Wax" for waxing turtles and armadillos - and one girl is wondering why her Armadillo won't come out of his shell...
Then another answers: "Maybe he's mad because someone besides you (anotehr female) was giving him the wax job.
Based purely on that information, I'd say roughly 83%.
But...as far as data, how could we get data on that? I'd check IQ test results or "unrelated data" such as number of people killing blowing themselves up by trying to heat gasoline or charcoal inside their house, shooting their hunting partners, trying to commit a robbery/theft while cashing their own personal check or making a concurrent bank transaction...those sort of red flags are good indications, I think.
Still, I go with 83%.

Oh about 99.8% Paris Hilton, Britney Spears & Jessica Simpson has done quite a job at tipping the damn scales.
