Perhaps there is still respect for the rule of law, the electoral process and the Constitution left in this country.
As others have noted, in two to three years Mr. Bush will be out of office. He is a lame-duck president now and he must contend with a House of Representatives that is now solidly Democratic and a Senate that is narrowly so currently (pending what happens to Senator Johnson).
In the long view of American history, everything eventually balances out....

Do you think that murder is the solution?.First right or wrong is your president( if you're American,of course).Second if Bush is assassinated Chmey will take his place.He will be ( Bush) a Martie.A symbol of peace and love.He will be another Dr.King or Kennedy.No, let the guy alone.We have enough with his presidency.In two years he will be history ( bad one) .So, by the moment Let it be.
