They wouldn´t sell well. They ran into this problem right after Sept. 11th. There were alot of anti Osama bin Laden shirts and they did not sell.
If you decided to go through with it, you would be lucky to be sued. I know plenty of people who would be more than willing to kick your ***. Mostly for being a religious bigot.
