It say's "Images will be rendered at less than 150 dpi". I never use to get this message before, but apparently that is why my pictures aren't as clear. How do I fix this problem.

Perhaps your photo printer is running a little low on ink, or the pictures have been saved in a size or format that makes it impossible for them to maintain that same quality in a bigger size. Check the ink levels in your printer, the printer settings, and then the format of your pictures, play around with formats for a while and see if that solves the problem.
