Australian Workplace Agreements have destroyed the working culture in Australia.... they should be renamed "Employer Directives" there is no agreement involved as the boss basically says.. "Sign here and agree to this crap or you dont have a job!"
I work in the rural sector too and it seems employers expect more and more and dont want to pay you for the hours worked...

I'm in the U.S. and A. I have to wonder. I see a lot of people moving their bodies around. But it looks more like busy work. Like, if you left, they'd all drop everything they were doing and go back to what they were doing before. Which probably isn't work.
