Belize in Central America. There is a collapsed cave called the Blue Hole (not to be confused with the Great Blue Hole, which is also in Belize) which has a cut stone stairway leading down into it and a small spring-fed pool at the bottom. The walls are almost vertical and it must be around 40 to 50 feet deep. It is the most picturesque place I have ever seen or even heard of.

Washington D.C. in the spring, the cherry blossoms where in bloom is was really beautiful.

Andalucia, Spain, it's known for its Moorish influence in architecture and the like. You can see the palace and even the church/mosque of Cordoba.

Above Glacier Park, Montana is the Canadian Park - name slips me. The best mountains I have seen.

Trees, hills, castles... so different from where I'm at now.
(It really is hard to narrow it down to one place but I'm content with this answer right now.)
