is primary care give in family court void when you get back together with the other spouse?

if one parent has primary care giver and then 2 months after court they get back together,get engaged,and have another baby and then 4 years later break up again does the parent still have primary care giver or is it void?

However, if there was another child conceived and birthed from the relationship, the second child would NOT be covered by the primary care order of the first child.
