Counter Strike?.....?

When i try to log on it says the following:

"Steam is having trouble connecting to the steam servers"

What Do i DO?..... Is Steam Down or is it my connection? If so then Explain

On December 15, 2006 there was a wide spread power outage in Bellevue / Seattle caused by storms and high winds impacting Steam Server availability.

If you can access the internet than your ok. Try to uninstall steam than reinstall it.
