I want to get a six pack in 5 months. I dont have a gut, its just that the muscles are weak and they stick out a bit. Should I try that new FDA approved ab excerciser belt, get one of those cheap abb wheels or just go with good old crunches?

Eat right and excersice. Sit ups on a regular basis. On days you train your abs, you need to eat more protein to build the muscle. If you dont eat right you wont get the look. If you notice guys that go to the gym that are cut and others are big, the big strong guys are chasing there work ou with to mmany starches. Starches eaten correctley will help give you energy, the protein will build the muscle that you want. Mix up the excersice and do them every other day, you need the time to let them build.

You dont want to get one of those ab belts because they were being recalled a lil while ago for causing involuntary muscle spasms.... i've found that the best thing for 'bulking up' specially your stomach is actually doing kick boxing. Try billy blanks boot camp. It works wonders on your powerhouse... or atleast i know ppl that have had good success with that....or if you have a lil extra money laying around...you could try getting an Ab lounge. those work really good too.
