Malapropism was named after Mrs. Malaprop - not the other way around.

Depending on how the story is constructed, this could be an allusion, a symbol, allegorical, metaphorical, etc.

Mrs. Malaprop was in Sheridan's "The Rivals" not in Great Expectations. Eponymous seems to be the nearest term I can think of for your question. Or perhaps Antonomasia.
