4'10". That is the tallest you can be and still be considered a legal midget.
I only know this because my mother-in-law added high heels to make it legal for her to drive without a special device. On her driver's lisence she is 4'10.5"

Emit Smith of the Dallas Cowboys and Chris Benoit of the WWE both have (had) midget heads. So if you go by someone with the head of a midget and not necessarily the body then these guys would be a couple of the tallest midgets on earth.
Smith is 5' 9" and Benoit is 5'11"

I think my wife is the " The Worlds Tallest Midget or Little Person ." My wife Grace is 4 11.50" It would be great to know if she is or not? Let us know.

My wife is 4'7" and she is NOT a midget or a dwarf.She has a condition called osteogenesis imperfecta....brittle bone disease.She is disproportinate to an extent but does not suffer from dwarfism...which is a different genetic disorder.
In some circles, a midget is the term used for a proportionate dwarf. However, the term has fallen into disfavor and is considered offensive by most people of short stature. The term dates back to 1865, the height of the "freak show" era, and was generally applied only to short-statured persons who were displayed for public amusement, which is why it is considered so unacceptable today.
Such terms as dwarf, little person, LP, and person of short stature are all acceptable, but most people would rather be referred to by their name than by a label.

Someone said under 5 feet was a legal "dwarf". The tallest person ever was Robert Wadlow at 8 foot 11.

According to certain scholarships a women under 4 foot tall is considered a midget, so I would say 4 foot tall.
