We could bomb it all tomorrow, but that would be wrong. Our best hope is to teach these Neandertholic types of people the ways of 21st century humans.

Hmm, lets drop a nuke on a country already with nukes, HOW BIG OF AN EXPLOSION AND THEN FALL-OUT CAN WE CREATE? In reality, there is no good or evil, just perspective and a body count.
