Teens should not have sex. You should be studying and enjoying not having the world on your shoulders. You'll understand when you're 28 with real world problems.
Therefore, I cannot give you any reasons why you should.
Update;
The "They're gonna do it anyway" argument is ********. That's an excuse to encourage it and you know it. The message should be clear:
RESIST THE URGE--but, if you're going to be stupid and do it anyway use a condom or stick with non-entry forms of "sex".

sex has a physical and an emotion component.
i personally feel that teens are too young to understand the emotional side of sex. i feel that by having sex that young, teens separate the physical and the emotional. and the consequence is that they will never truly understand how the two fit together. the whole is greater than the sum of the parts, but by breaking up the parts, they'll never experience the whole.
guess the other side of the coin would be that if your goal is to enjoy sex from a simple physical form, then doing it as a teen, when you are young and healthy, and when your sex drive is high (at least for teen guys), will give you the ultimate physical experience.
not sure if this helped much, but at least it's my opinion.

That's a very difficult topic (or at least the side that you're on anyway) to debate about. I can't think of many pros for a teen to have sex except out of love I guess...
If two people really love eachother and understand the use of condoms and such, It'd be alright I guess... but then again, condoms aren't 100% useful. Sorry I couldn't be much of a help!

I really don't understand why teens can't have sex as long as they protect themselves from STD's and pregnancy. I would however suggest they go to a sex education course first that actually explains the ins and outs (no pun intended) of having sex at a young age. There can be some serious complications attached to having sex to early, like you may actually think you love this person but it just lust. Lust can be a very powerful motivator for having sex so young. So, it you are going to have sex at a young age then A: protect yourself physically and emotionally. B: Get sex education first before you dive in!

This is more if parents are accepting it, but if parents allow their children to have sex, but talk to them about safe sex, that would be a plus because no matter what, not all, but alot of teens will have sex no matter what their parents say, but if schools and parents support if you ARE going to have sex to have safe sex rather than just say DONT DO IT all together, there will be more people using condoms and less pregnant teens, although there will of course be pregnant teens even with support but it would help cut down

Are you wanting to encourage ALL teens to have sex? That's what your question/premise sounds like.
Should it be ok for them to have sex if they want to, I think so. I don't think it should be criminal. Should they be pressured to have sex, no.
Apart from physical pleasure and sexual release, no real "tips" to help you there. Learning to control your passions is one of the main things that makes us better as humans and turns children into adults.

Abstinence purely is probable greater effective than no intercourse ed, yet we could face it a lot of human beings have intercourse in severe college and much greater in college. this skill that something must be achieved appropriate to the project to attempt and cut back down on teenager pregnancies and the unfold of STD. this must be a determination made surely no longer contained in the proper ethical experience
