Hamsters generally aren't trained pets. The will poo wherever they want.

You can try to litter train the hamster by providing a hamster litter box. They often have them at the pet stores and they go right in the corner of the cage!

hamsters poo all over the place but will only pee in one spot,not sure if you could actually train it to use a mini litter box.They are quite clever little animals so you never know.
