If I keep it pulled back, the inner skin pains during cold or during M'bation. If I don't keep it pulled back, it starts stinking after couple of hours.
My friends tells me pulled foreskin gives more pleasure to both. Kindly advise what do I do ? My inner skin is so sensitive, I cann't just think of circumcision.

If you keep it pulled back all the time, it can't perform the function of keeping the glans protected, soft, sensitive and SEXY. Just clean as needed and it'll be fine. You wouldn't cut your ears off to keep from having to clean behind them, would you?

I think it's a matter of choice for you. Being circumcized these days is really nothing. The problem with the foreskin is that bacteria can build up because of moisture in the area. Either one kinda sounds painful, are you willing to pull it back forever? Again-personal choice.

I think having it pulled back would hurt after a while. Maybe if you use a baby wipe on it after going to the bathroom, it would help. Good luck ~~

Yes, it is good hygenically. Lots of guys keep their foreskins pulled back all the while. I find it is much better in all ways.

Don't keep it pulled back, pull it back only when you wash the forehead when you're in the shower.

My boyfriend isn't circumsized and he has to wash in morning, after any work out, or a bit of sweat and then it's fine....and sometimes he washes it after urinating..so just good hygene...and you should be fine!
