when i begin to get on my computer, my phone number has a space in it. it will not connect until i retype the number in. how do i get the number to stay without the space in it, so all i have to do is press connect?

no idea what you talking about
you have to know that not everyone here has a same ISP so they all have different process to get online
so you have to tell us if its aol netziro or whtever it is to get a help here

Really the computer shouldnt be aware of the spaces, but to make sure it saves, go into START--Control Panel --- Network Conections, open the dialup connection, re-type phone number, and make sure and say "YEs" to save the changed number.. If it dials successfully it will save the number..
