Everything does! Cell phone chargers, clocks, T.V.s, etc. If you have lots of electronics plugged in, you may want to unplug a few just to save some money and electricity. Even if its very little.

You lose some amount of energy when you plug the adapter in. You may try to touch it and feel a little warm coz that's part of the energy drained from your outlet.

it does consume a very small amount of energy which is why the charger is warm to the touch. however, you should unplug your charger because it might catch fire because it might short.

no they dont only when the phone is in bcuz i leave my charger in and it doesnt affect the bill wen it isn't pluged!
