Type "Nigeria 419" into your favorite search engine and do a little research.
These scams are really common and the scammers are relentless. NEVER give money or any personal information to anyone that you meet through the internet or that calls you unsolicited. Reputable firms will not contact you this way. Just because someone says they are a lawyer doesn't mean they are.
Typically, the scammers give the victim a check, the victim will deposit it, it will clear, the victim gives the scammer-dirt-bags some cash or a check which the scammers immediately cash or abscond with, and then the victim's bank will call him or her three or four days later and tell the victim that there has been a mistake and the international bank the scammer's check is drawn on is not honoring it. Victim is out a lot of money and scammers go back to Nigeria (or wherever they are from) and laugh about how stupid Americans are.
When it comes to inheritances - If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

That is spam. There was this whole thing going on a few years ago. It hasn't really been addressed, but some of the people lie about that stuff. Don't answer people you don't know or are not sure if you should trust them. They may be from a foreign country, but that doesn't mean they can't market your personal info in order to get things they want. Don't answer emails like that either because it can give your computer a virus.

Do the men you go out with seem to have a problem with the fact that you have a biracial child, or do they have more of a problem with the fact that you have two kids with two different fathers? If you are still receiving support from both fathers, then you are now tied to TWO men until your kids reach adulthood, or maybe even longer. I know men who wouldn't want to get involved in that sort of thing. I know one guy in particular that says he wouldn't want to be with a woman with kids because he wants his own kids someday and wouldn't ever want to be called on his own child(ren) being is favorite(s) over his stepchildren. As a single mom you will have a harder time than those women who are single and childless in finding men to date and get serious with. Your relationship track record appears to be more baggage. Be patient and keep trying; you can find someone, but you won't have it easy this time around.

It's a scam. Do not give them any personal information (bank, credit cards, social security number). That's not how probate works. If you go to truthorfiction.com, they have a list of popular scams.
