Oh no dont do black eyeshadow! You can use black eyeliner for a dramatic effect. Go find u some magazines that will have pictures of the look u want. Don't freak out yet..I'm sure there is someone that can help u, maybe some of ur friends! I hope this works...I listed some sites u can look at. I really dont think u need a dramatic eyeliner this is a graduation...Dramatics are for the night. In the day u want to play it down. Try some nice earth tones like gold, a lil shimmer to add that extra sparkle. I wouldnt do the foundation..u need someone to show u how first since u havent used it before. U prob dont need it anyway. Blush will do wonders for ur face and make it look finished. For ur lips u should try a nice pink since u said u were fair skinned. I would not recommend lip stick because it makes ur lips look dry unless u get a gloss to go over it. If u happen to be close to a Victoria's Secret they have a really nice line of glosses. Then wal-mart has some good lip glosses from Rimmel. They are really nice!

Unless you have bad skin I would skip the foundation. I too don't wear make-up too often, but I have little tricks for when I do. Eyes are the biggest place you can see that the person made an effort so that is what I focus on. Here's what I do: Get some eyeshadow- maybe one of those cases that has like four colors (but you only need two). I would suggest like a charcol (sp?) black and a lighter silvery color. Take the black and spread it on the outside half of the lid- sweep in an upward motion and leave a little wing on the edge. (only put the shadow on the lid- not up into the brow area). Then spead the lighter color on the inside half of the lid- finally take your finger and smudge the two colors together to soften the look until you like the result. Finally line you upper lids with black liner- try not to be too heavy, and dab a little on the lower lid. Black mascara. The maybe a little blush (if you want) and some red toned lipstick. I hope that helps. If you want a better explanation you can e-mail me- I have a picture that might help.
OOOR, you could go out and buy almay intense i-color. They have shadow, liner and mascara, with tips on how to apply- I have been pretty happy with the results.
Good luck and congrats

Don't use that day to experiment, try some things the night before, you don't want to look back on one of the biggest days of your life and realize you had horrible makeup. If you want some eyeshadow, go with a shimmery shade close to your skin tone, it's subtle, but sometimes the most fantastic thing you can wear. If you don't have problems with your skin, forget foundation, it's a hassle sometimes anyway. Just play up the eyes and wear a nice gloss, also something similar to the color of your lips, or even just a slightly shiny lip balm.

Don't use foundation unless you've broken out. Use powder (a lot) to kill shine (and blot sheets, all those pictures).
Use liquid liner, practice before hand.
Use a shimmery eyeshadow that closely matches your own skin tone, but is shimmery.
Wear mascara, a lipstick (natural) and a shiny lipgloss on top (it should wear off, but it will make your lips look healthy).
And have fun, this is your graduation.
Congrats :)

Since you're not used to wearing/appying make-up: do a basic dark beige or light rust on your entire lid, apply heavy black mascara, finish with a soft shiny lip gloss. The idea behind make-up is to accenuate your features, not to make the make-up apparent.

go for a natural glow bronzing effect. it works great on any brown skin. use any variation of beige or bronze for eyeshadow, blush and lipgloss. for eyeshadow go for SHIMMER. Matt ones can make you look dull in photos and sparkling ones can make you look over done. you can use a bronzer as blush to make your skin glow or rose for a hint of color. use lipgloss!lipsticks will make you look older.
for a dramatic effect, use false lashes, liquid liner and extra volumizing + lengthening mascara. Do Not use black eyeshadow! it is not for graduation!

do not put on black eye shadow please ....
start with your foundation...find a color that matches your skin tone, but dont over do it , just lightly put it on....for your eyes...i go with neutral colors, because it matches every thing..put a little blush on your cheeks not to much you dont want to look like tammy fay baker......dont worry about eye liner if you dont want to. but try the mascara......put you a nice lip stick on your lips....also neutral colors or pinkesh....maby even a wine color ,since your robe is black... good luck

if you want dramatic make-up, then get false eyelashes like most of the celebrities are wearing. it gives instant drama to your eyes.
