No, if semen is swollen during pregnancy it will Not hurt or effect the baby any way. Semen has protein which actually can be good for the unborn child. It might up set the stomachs some of pregnant woman and cause them to throw-up but harmless.

Swallowing semen has no effect on a pregnancy. Frankly, ingesting semen has no impact on health, unless ingested in extremely large quantities. But everything ingested in extreme quantities has an impact.

Ingested semen is treated like any other 'food' - its largely protein, so is digested accordingly.

There are apocryphal reports that it has positive health affects...

Protein is protein. Digestion and reproduction are separate, so the baby won't know the difference.

In term pregnancies it can trigger labour, but only if the baby is ready. Otherwise it is just a source of protein.

It doesn't. It will be digested by the enzymes in the stomach and broken down into it's constituent proteins and absorbed.

Do you the baby's mama or the baby itself?

If you mean the mama.......nothing because her stomach acid will kill it.

If you mean the baby......nothing because the baby is protected by the amniotic sac.
