what does it mean is you can't stop thinking aboust someone,when u go to sleep there on your mind and then you dream about them and you wake up and there the first thing on your mind,all throught out the day you have thoughts of them, or your wondering what there doing or what there thinking? what does it mean how do i STOP!!! i know it's not love and i know i cant really like llike the cuz i hardly know them.

It is lust, you will get over it/them/him/her as time flies and eventually meet someone else, actual people that you can interact, talk or else.
You are probably attracted to it/them/him/her, and then starts imagining too much in your fantasy world of how u would like things to happen-----and that's what gets you... fixated.
Get real, dn't dream, go talk to them see if you like them, then problem solved.
