Is there any way to edit out the laugh track on the dvd of a sitcom?

Friends is one of my favorite shows, but I can't stand the canned laughter that plays after every joke.

Are there any companies that sell dvd's of sitcoms, such as Friends, with the laugh track removed?

sort of.

It is fairly trivial to electronically remove laughter.

and if demand exists, someone will make a remix
or simply a dvd with track select.

humor is uniquelly enhanced in a group setting, TV long ago found the audience an essential part of comedic content. even when the budget only permits an electronic one, viewers felt isolated without the kinship of other laughers.

I wish my TV could do that! (hahahahahahah) I don't know why the show producers (haha) expect us to think every second sentence they say is hysterical (HAHAHAHHAHAhhaha). It would be different if what they actually said was funny (hahahhahahahahah) but most of it's just regular conversation (hahahaha)
