I work every day except every other Sunday and i am Sooooooo tired of it.....ive been here for 10 years and it is a small company and i am good friends with the owner. Its alot of work and when i want a day off it takes an act of god to convence her to let me off!!!! I am just burnt out on working......i need a break!!!!!!!!

Have you told the owner how you feel? Are you getting a piece of the business, or just a regular paycheck? Are you getting paid overtime? Have you looked into the labor laws of your state? Why are you staying on with this company? If it is because you are good "friends" with the owner.....a good "friend" would not work you to DEATH my dear. Do you think you deserve better? Or do you think that there isn't another company that would hire you. How did you come across this job in the first place? Hope you look deep into the reasons you stay at this position rather than look for another opportunity. Because at the rate you are currently going, you are only living for work, but never really living.

Labor laws state that you must have two days off a week. If you are worked more than five days they are required to pay time and a half. Report them to the US Department of Labor.

the smaller the co. the more you have to work...im sorry...tell your boss that if you have a week off every now and then it will increase your poductivity 10 fold

you could aslo get paid at this site ... go to http://www.*************/index.php?ref=76621. all you have to do is fill out servays, be 12 years old and get paid in the mail a check!!! get extra cash for x-mas. and if you sign up in december you get an extra $25 dollars for christmas! good luck and Merry Christmas!
