I do not think my friend should have danced this way because every time she did, it seemed indecent and cheap. I asked the boys if they saw her dancing. Their response was that they didn't pay any attention to her.

Pay attention in English class, my dear.

The boys are liars.

so your friend danced on stage to impress some guys, and the big deal is what? so what if the guys noticed her or not she is having innocent fun and at least she isn't have sex with guys to impress them like so many of you girls with no self respect, self love and good self image do now a days.

i think you should confront her, tell her whats up, and let her know how you feel, the last thing you would want is for her to embarass herself or hurt herself. tell her to keep her pride and dignity., a guy is attracted to a girl whos confindent, and has some standards. she should have no trouble geting a guy if she is, and there is no need to dance on a table

Who cares? Plus the poor girl will learn eventually that some guy's aren't attracted to girls who don't show some dignity.
