Firstly you want to get rid of the brackets. Because there is a negative sign in front of the 2nd bracket, you change the sign of everything in that bracket. The first bracket will stay the same.
= -6r -2s +r +3s
Look at the 'r' numbers & the 's' numbers serparetly.
-6r +1r = -5r
-2s +3s= 1s
Put these together & your answer is -5r +s
