And the song who feels love is a tribute to john lennon or not?

Oasis prefrormed at the Tower Theater in Philadelphia, PA, United States on April 26th, 2000. A Lennon tribute video was played during the preformance of 'Who Feels Love'.

Liam also made a tribute to Lennon at the end of the 'Who Feels Love' at the gig at The Radio City Music Hall in New York, NY, United States on May 1st, 2000.

There does seem to be a number of tributes to Lennon made in connection with the song, but I cannot find any offical statement saying that the whole song is a tribute - but it seems likely.

The single for 'who feels love' has a Beatles Cover as track 3.

The song you are thinking of seems likely to be 'Hello' -

And it's never gonna be the same
Cos the years are following by like the rain
And it's never gonna be the same
'Til the life I knew comes to my house and says
Hello

I believe your thinking of the song "Hello." I don't know if "Who Feels Love" is a tribute to Lennon, but "Don't Look Back In Anger" is an obvious ripoff of "Imagine."

Is it the song "Hello"?

And it's never gonna be the same, cos the years are following by like the rain, and it's never gonna be the same, 'til the life I knew comes to my house and says, hello
