He might have a hernia (inguinal). He needs to see a doctor. They shouldn't be sore.

You dont mention other symptoms that may be associated with this problem, i just wonder perhaps if he's had trouble with the lower back area due to an operation in the recent past or had an injury recently.I myself suffer similar symptoms due to a massive nephrectomy procedure i had 5 years ago ever since i've had this problem. The doctor will probably refer him to the hospital to have that area scanned for elimination purposes.....hope im been helpful....good luck!

Every kid gets sore testicles at some point, only happens once, they swell up and are raw as f*"k happened to me when 14, i think your fella is a late developer, but hey, he'll get over it soon, something to do with producing the baby juice, so be warned

He could have a varicocele...that is a varicose vein in the scrotum/testicle area which causes a dull "ache",is not serious, just uncomfortable, occasionally painful, and is easily cured by a simple operation, usually under a local anaesthetic,to "block" the engorged vein, and stop the pain.Tell him to see a urologist recommended by his GP.

Too many possibilities. Chances are nothing serious but why take chances. A quick visit to his MD or a local clinic will put his, and your mind at ease. Plan a dinner date afterwards to celebrate all is OK.

No. Have you been making whoopee a lot lately? I'd get to the doc pretty quick if it lasts more than a couple of days.

You need to inspect them straight away!
sometimes they twist around each other.
You need to rub them slowly and gently (foreplay) for at least 45mins but the longer the better, slow teasing is what they need.
Relax them for him.
