When I was doing mechanic and other repair work for years my wife and I used to use "Goop" brand hand cleaner which is a white gel paste. Rub it well into the clothes and if real bad can even let them sit for a day or so before washing. Works great. GoJo brand works as well, but has a bad smell that can leave your clothes with a bit of "chemical" odor in them which Goop doesn't. We use that for most all stains as works on almost anything and can leave for as long as you like before washing with no residue left behind, etc. Also since many dollar stores sell it is cheap as heck. Comes in either small round tubs or actual tubes like hair gel or toothpaste. In fact looks like white toothpaste when using out of the tubes.

Let's run a test........get some Dawn liquid detergent and soak the clothes in Dawn and water.......about the same strength as you'd do dishes....or even a bit more generous. After several hours, rub the areas and then rinse well twice. AIR dry, don't put in dryer.

If no go, then off to the dry cleaners.

If you haven't washed it yet, apply regular dishwashing soap (eg - palmolive or whatever) and srub it in really well. These are good for removing grease from pans and work well on clothes too! Just throw it in the wash...but don't try in heat until you know the stain is out; heat locks in stains.

Spray it with spray and wash and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Then wash it but do not dry in the dryer untill u know that the stain is gone.

Dawn dish detergent as a prewash. It will come out. Just wash it as normal
after you pretreat it. If it works, which it will, please do not forget to vote my
answer as best answer. I am always helping people with their laundry
questions but have never got a best answer from it. thanks.
