I need the name of this Indian song and the artist?

Its an old song (1995-1999) & i only remember a small part of the lyrics...
It goes something like this

Ek ladki thi,
Bohli Bhali Si.........
Dil Tha Abhi Seenay Mein,
Is Ko Churaya, Jaanay Kis nay...

Thats all i remember

I think the name of the artist is Vikas Bhalla.

The name of the artist is :- Shiamak Davar
The name of the song is :- Jaane Kisne

Sorry. I know lots of Indian songs,but I have never heard this one.
