Is 2007 going to be better for me, a scorpio, financially?

I was born November 20th 1984 @ 12:56 am in Simi Valley, Ca. I was just wondering if I was going to have bettre luck financially in 07. 06 wasn't too bad, but im wanting 07 to be better. Anything I need to do? Oh and what does WHERE I was born have to do with astrology?(just kinda wondered)
