Do magnets affect cellular phones?

I just recently bought a leather case that has some magnets, I want to know if those magnets will affect my Razr phone

Besides sticking to it and possibly scratching it if any small sharp edge debris gets stuck in between the magnet and phone, no. Magnets will not directly harm cell phones.
