Chicken Enchiladas. And then do that at every Mexican place you go to until you Harv been to most, if not all of them in your area and just tell everyone you are on the hunt for the best Chicken Enchilada in town--I did and it was fun!
And get cheese dip of course--and a Margarita.

I got this chicken that actually had this kind of chocolate that doesnt taste like chocolate (that would be disgusting) on it. It was actually good and unlike most stuff in Mexican restaurants is actually a Mexican dish
