well Anna, I'm 13 and i believe that there is a real Santa Claus and think that if you listen to your friends or annoying brothers or sisters that there isn't a santa then that will just bring you down but i believe he is real and i always have done so just believe what you want to believe dont let anyone make the decision for you! xx

Santa clause is based on St. Nicholas he lived in Turkey in the 11 century if not mistaken he loved children and gave gifts too poor children.

Remember Santa Claus is a made up character for the purpose of commercial... St. Nicholas was a real person.

I know one thing for sure. If you don't believe in him, then he's not real. If you do, then he is. Belief is what makes him real. I'm 40 years old and I believe in him and Christmas is a wonderful time of year, every year, because of him. There was a time when I did not believe in him and Christmas was not very special. So, whether he is real or not depends on you and what you believe.

yes of course he is. ive seen him and it wasnt some guy wearing a suit it was actually him. I'll describe him, hes about 8 feet tall not as fat as people make him look like and hes white and old(obviously hes inmortal) with rosy cheeks, he speaks some dialect of scandinavian even though hes frm the arctic regions of the north not exactly the north pole. so yeah hes pretty real.
