Im not sure if you done this already or not? But I had to print out a form off the internet (my banking site) fill it out and take it back to my bank and they had to authorize it before I could go online and use it. It only took a day or so to do this. Hope this helps. sunnydays

Call the bank. Maybe there's a security breach. Did you enter the details more than once?

Did you enter incorrect password/numbers more than three times? That usually blocks your account until you contact the bank.
I know this might seem a pain, but remember it is for your security. The harder it is to access your account, the better (up to a point).

The best way to answer you is the bank. Call.

Maybe you have made a typo without realising it - have you put in your correct password? It may only be that your bank is having a problem with their equipment.
