Well you really need to shop around and do your homework. Referbished is not the way I suggest you go but if you want a good deal ebay would be the way to go.

This probelem is easy to work out your need some TOOLS TO fix this
frist take the pc to the center of the room put it on the floor
now remove the pc cover. then go pick up your tool box go back to the pc and open you tool box take out the screwdriver and undo the screws at the back of the pc then put your screwdriver back in your tool box now remove the pc cover now just take a look inside the pc you see the motherboard look at it looks nice all clean well maybe some dust dont worry we will soon have that out of there now what you need to do now is have a clear view of the motherboard you dont want anything in the way ok i know if there is dust you can see much but dont worry that dust will be out off there now before you start work on your pc you need somethings 1 power line and a box of fire crackers so go out to the store and look for a box of 100 shoud do it now if there is no 100 box in stock buy 2 box set of 50 fire crackers then go over to the power store while your out buy a 12ft power cable then go home now put the fire crackers on the floor dont open the box set just yet then open your tool box take out your flashlight go to your power box in your home put your flash light on and put the power off then hook up that power cable you buy from the power store to your power box take then take the other end and put it on the floor netx to the pc .dont put your power back on .you have work to do now you need a clear view for the motherboad so lets get that cd/dvd out of the way take your hammer out of your toolbox and bash the back of your cd/dvd rom hard hit it as many times as you can so you see it fly out of the pc and over the other side of the room .when you see yor cd/dvd rom fly out go over ot it and stamp up and down on it till you here it crack then put your flash light over it to check to see if it is broken in two parts if so that is ok then go back to your toolbox put your hammer back now look inside the pc again your have a nice clear view of that motherboard now you need to get your fire burner out of the tool box light that up get dont put your fire burner by them fire crackers there go off before time now you need to burn off the modem ehternet port and sound card oh yes and the ram cards as well when you done ll that the motherboard is read so put your fire burner off and put it back in your toolbox
now take a look at the motherboard .on the left side and right and the center your need to put the fire crackers so open the fire crackers boxes and put them on all over the motherboard and get some ducktape from your toolbox to stick them fire crackers on good you dont want them falling off before yuo power back up it is ok the fire crackers are for home pc use only so there be fine you can't use them on office pc only on home pc it will say on the box home pc fire crackers when you have this done take the power cable clip it a bit and put the power cable dead center of the motherboard now your set go out to where your power box is just have a 5min break before you put the power on you have done a lot of work so have a ciggy

break time over now back to the last part of your work .you ready ok put the power on and run when you here the fire crackers going off and you here a big bang run and and watch the show then when all is over look at the motherborad see i told you the dust will come off it now go out and buy a new pc . have fun
