I am glad that Mel Gibson made this movie and put it out there for the whole world to see. It was one of the best made pictures I've seen and one of the most touching I could not spot crying. To know that Jesus Christ suffered for you and me like that should make us think again about what we are doing and how we are living the life he has giving us.

Well, there certainly isn't anything better, considering its purpose. But it comes off as a little dry or impersonal or something. It did make me cry and feel unworthy as a person, but .... I don't know how to describe it. I haven't seen The Nativity yet, but heard that it's better. The line I read about it said "the movie Mel Gibson SHOULD have made."

I think Mel Gibson is a very talented director and actor. His movie was too powerful though, i could barely stand to watch the violent shots because they were too up-close and realistic. It made me too sad to witness the suffering and pain that Christ went through.

I enjoyed it.

I'm not a Christian, but I think that, in all religions, it's easy for people to lose touch with the HUMAN stories that lie at the root of the faith. This film made me understand the depth of SUFFERING that Jesus willingly endured in order to fulfill his destiny and serve mankind.

Too loud. Plus I like horror movies. I was just thinking if they have to make a scary movie about Jesus, there should have been a dumb blonde with big boobs, running upstairs.

I think it is one of the best I've ever seen. It is very intense and powerful. Gibson is one of the best movie makers. He really knows how to deliver a "punch".

I think it was a very moving account of the pain and suffering Jesus endured... a highly emotional film, and totally unforgettable.
