sin^2x+cos^2x=1
1+tan^2x=sec^2x
1+cot^2x=csc^2x
sin2x=2sinxcosx
cos2x=cos^2x-sin^2x
=>1-2sin^2x
=>2cos^2x-1
tan2x=2tanx/1-tan^2x
sin(x+y)=sinxcosy+cosxsiny
sin(x-y)=sinxcosy-cosxsiny
cos(x+y)=cosxcosy-sinxsiny
cos(x-y)=cosxcosy+sinxsiny
and the list goes on

cos^2x+sin^2x=1, that's all you need to know.
