I have several friends majoring in International Studies. I'd say you could work for the U.N., some other international/multinational organization, US embassy, IF you know another language, maybe a translator (Arabic is a VERY useful language now (To be a translator for), especially w/what is going on in the world now). Based on your skills and interest, you should then research job/career possibilities that interest you or you feel you may be good at.
