It's Puccini's Ave Maria.

There have been several settings (Schubert, Gounod, Verdi etc), but the one in your video is by Giacomo Puccini. I'm sure there are many recordings available, but it is hard to track down, as many sites don't give the composer's name.

I know for sure it is on the album DVD Les Choristes en Concert, featuring the choir from the 2004 sentimental French film The Chorus.
