That last time I went into McDonald's, the didn't exactly hold a gun to my head and force to eat that Quarter Pounder I ordered. The nutrition information for their products is readily available and everybody knows that you need to do to lose weight: eat least an exercise more.

No. You can't sue McDonald's because you weren't responsible enough to exercise. There's a guy who plays for the NFL i saw who eats strictly McDonalds and he has less than 10% body fat. The only people who get fat off fast food are the people who don't work it off. If anything the parents need to stop buying the 2 liter sodas with fructose and have their kids drink water, make their kids do chores and exercise rather than sitting in front of the PS3 inhaling cheetos nonstop or just take personal responsibility for their BAD PARENTING. They're the ones who are looking to blame someone else for their ills rather than take responsibility for their actions. Once you dump the crybaby victim mentality and actually DO something about the problem then you'll start to feel a lot better. Now get off that computer and get on that treadmill because fat will NEVER be sexy! (this rant was brought to you by Sprydle. Yahoo answers is not responsible for the contents of this rant)

No. You should be responsible for what you put into your own body. If you know that going to McDonald's on a frequent basis isn't healthy and you do it anyway, then you deserve the consequences.

how is it that anyone could sue a company because you CHOSE to eat at thier restaurant, so many times a day/month/year. You KNOW the fries are FRIED in OIL (fattening), the DOUBLE TRIPLE BURGER WITH 6 POUNDS OF CHEESE and a layer of lard in the middle, you've got to be dumb if you cannot figure out that is not exactly healthy. So you choose (obviously) to not eat healthy, you've got to be a dumb MORON to even think about trying to sue a rest. b/c your dumb butt is obese! Stop eating! Stop it with the Free money, someone's done me wrong bullshit.

Hell yes! Since they are banning cigarettes as being unhealthy. Why not. It is just as offensive to me to see a gobby fat person waddling into a McDonalds as it is to some people when some one smokes around them.

people really need to start taking responsibility for their own actions. just because it is available to the public doesn't mean they have to indulge.
