Turkey (specifically Antalya or Bodrum for the sun). You can find all the good things you can find in other listed countries but you spend around half the price.
The best season to go May-June or September-October
July - August very hot and overcrowded.

I like Italy (like the islands off of Naples) or the southern coast/islands of Spain. But I think there's a lot of great sun and crystal waters in the Greek islands.

Malta is the best holiday resort dear. You will benefit from hot summer sun, crystal blue sea and nice people.
