Its a bad idea to do such a thing as you shouldn't bid for things that you don't want.

But if you really don't want it the best thing for you do do is get in contact with the person selling it and explain why you don't want it and apologize for bidding on it and wasting their time. They could still leave you negative feedback but a lot of people can be understanding and they can put it back up on the site.

If you cancel it the seller can file an abuse of ebay against you. They can also give you negative remarks. You can cancel but you shouldn't. The seller could also file to try and get the money from you. Ebay will contact you over and over until you pay. Email the seller and give them the story as to why you don't want it anymore. Offer to pay them at least the cost of putting it up on ebay because they're basically loosing money on having to replace it on their. Maybe the seller will understand. If not just pay for it.

If you fail to pay for an item you purchased on EBAY, you have breached your contract and will receive "Negative Feedback" in your ratings. This will prevent future sellers from possibly doing business with you. So, bite the bullet and pay for the item. If you don't want it, then resell it or it is Christmas, so give as a gift to someone.

Did you read the terms of the eBay agreement?

You CAN cancel it but you will get a negative feedback. Too many of those and no one will want to deal with you.

Well, the guys here have answered your question !
If you duck out of the deal, you may get a negative feedback......best to contact the seller ........and plead mercy.
However, what is the cost of the item, and can you stand the cost. If so......pay up......get it......and put it back on E-Bay.
