Runescape. i have a mind tiara. i cant get it to work on my runes without going to the mind temple. can i?

I cant get it without going to the mind temple, is that possible? i have to go there every time is there a way not to have to go there to make mind runes?

No, unfortunately you always have to go to an altar. From http://kbase.runescape.com/lang/en/aff/runescape/viewarticle.ws?article_id=2055

"Tiaras perform the same function as talismans - they allow you to gain access to a runecrafting altar. Tiaras have an advantage over talismans, in the sense that you can wear tiaras on your head, freeing an extra space in your inventory."

So they're just good for the extra inventory slot over talismans.
