Usually painless uterine contractions that occur with increasing frequency during pregnancy. False Labor.

They feel just like regular contractions, some women get a really harsh tightening sensation in their abdomen and sometimes it can just feel like a severe cramp. Sorry if you have them, I know firsthand how crappy they are.

I am sure everyones are slightly different, but mine were quick tighenings of my abdomen. They never lasted more than 20 or 30 seconds. They weren't painful, more so just annoying.

I've only had one so far that I'm sure of, but it felt like my abdomen was tightening unwillingly, and I got a little nauseous. Not a big deal, but I'm easily nauseated lately :P

it feels like your stomach is hardening for a moment...or like the baby is balling up real tight. they're usually painless, although they can be uncomfortable.
