Based on public perception, she not to be, however, we really have no idea about her parenting skills. Go out and partying in the evening is really no different that someone having a baby and going back to work 2 weeks later for 8-10 hours a day. Both are leaving time with their child

Totally out partying too much. Yes she is "newly" single BUT that does NOT give her a licence to go crazy. If she had any kind of mothering instinct at all she would realize that those kids come first and her social life is a far second. I realize those kids are probably being raised by nannys & she is a "whenever she feels like it" mom and all I can say is that I don't think it is right.
You have to feel sorry for those kids, picture her as your mom...
not something to be too proud of.

I think she is a poor mother and should have her children taken from her. Perhaps she had excuses for those 2 incidents a while back (the baby in the front car seat facing the windshield and the baby falling of his high chair) but she has no excuse for allowing her babysitter to spend more time with her children than she does. I think that is child neglect. Plus, she is a poor role model for then, when they get old enough they will see their mom partying it up with little clothing and lots of drugs/alchol.

At first I thought she just needed to go out and have a good time and be with friends. There is nothing wrong with that, blowing off some steam. But, then it's an every night thing. I think she needs to go home and be with her babies. It's okay to go out but not every single night. I know this also may be her way of getting back at that slacker K-Fed, but her kids need her more than her friends.

She may not be a BAD mom, but she needs to understand that after you have children it's time to settle down and prioritize things. Not saying that parting is totally out of the question, but not wearing panties in public crosses the line..think of what the kids are going to think of mom after they get older, they'll think it's acceptable behavior because mom did it.

There isnt anything wrong with a Mom going out and having fun but however enough is enough.... i believe that when a female or male makes the decision to become a Mom or Dad then your life is no longer "all about you" ... its about your Child & by going out & flashing everyone and acting stupid, putting your life at risk, then your being selffish & not thinking bout your Childern........
.....whoa i can go on and on i'll stop now........ (this is just my opinion) : )

most celebrities are not fit to be parents or spouses. that's just the bottom line. it's because they can't differentiate between reality and television. few celebrities can uphold a marriage, let alone raise a family. So, that being said, i know that britney is a party girl, and is currently trying to rise to pop stardom, but for crying out loud! She's going to have to make a choice- dedicate her life to her children or to her music. not many people can do both, and i seriously doubt if she's one of those people. so, no, i don't think she's being a good mom. and i don't even think that she can be. it's a lost cause, and to be honest, i feel sorry for her children. they might grow up confused like she is.

Considering that if she were spending time with the kids they would be
1) falling out of high chairs,
2) riding on her lap while she drives ,and
3) nearly being dropped on NYC sidewalks ...
the less time Brit spends with the kids, the better off they are!

Ask a good mother what Britney really, really is. When her second child is still nursing, then it's really childish of her to be running around town with her private-parts in full view and her brain addled by alcohol. Children don't ask to be born; it's unjust to bring them into the world and then not pay them enough attention. I think that girl is going through a major identity crisis and I hope she will snap out of it soon.

Britney Spears defends her kids and protects them, yeah she makes mistakes just like any parent, but she overall loves her kids and is a good mom.
