Some Big Fat American Guy farted in my face and sent me to Venus. I've just got back on Earth, and i still smell of his eggy fart.Should i try and get him prosecuted for assault ;)

He's done nothing wrong, farting is a part of life
this case will get thrown out, and you'll have the court fee's to pay

hahaha! Welcome to litigious America. As a future plaintiff's attorney, even I think this would be ludicrous. Plus this guy did not commit an assault. He did not make you think he was going to commit a battery, which is required for an asault. Good luck with that one.
